Citrus Milk Bath

Milk Bath's have been documented as early as the 16th Century and were often enjoyed by royalty. It's said that the Greek Queen Cleopatra often enjoyed milk baths to ensure her appearance would be forever youthful. I can't verify those facts but I can say a milk bath is very high in lactic acid and proteins that will gently exfoliate and soothe the skin.
